We are looking for a Patient Care Co-ordinator (Reception) to join our friendly but busy team.  Your role is essential in ensuring our patients are able to access the most appropriate clinical services according to their needs, and will include a range of face to face, telephone and administrative work.

Successful candidates are likely to have gained experience within a busy and demanding service background, have excellent interpersonal skills, and will be able to demonstrate attention to detail and a high standard of language and IT literacy.  Primary care experience and knowledge of Emis Web may be an advantage but is not essential as full training would be provided.

Hours: 18 hours per week to be worked over 4 days, Monday to Thursday, plus occasional Saturday mornings from 8.30am – 10.30am on a rota basis of around 1:12.  However, this post will require flexibility to be able to work extra hours to cover leave.
